Online Returns Policy

​

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Encore product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt by email at mailbox@encore-fashion.com. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us by email at mailbox@encore-fashion.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Encore Fashion or Encore reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

 

Similarly, Encore Fashion or Encore reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store(Encore) and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Encore Fashion or Encore items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

Return to Store

All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, or final sale items (those items ending in $.00, $.20,).

 

Upon returning the item, It will exchange only at the store.  All exchange policy will be same policy as store return policy.

Return Policy

1. No Refund

2. Exchange Only must be made within 7 days from the purchased date with receipt and tag attached. 

3. Same Day Exchange Only within 7 days. We do not Issue Credit Note.  

4. No refund and No exchange on merchandise that has been washed, dry clean, worn, and the price tag has been removed and reattached.

5. No refund and No exchange on Final sale items, jewelry, hosiery, belts, bodysuit, evening dresses, lingerie, discounted items and general merchandise.

6. No Cash, Debit Card, or Credit Card Refunds.

7. We do not accept Check, or American Express.

8. We check state issued picture ID for credit card purchase.
